SHIPPING

All packages are shipped via USPS unless requested otherwise.

Orders are shipped out within 48 hours if order is placed Sunday - Thursday, and shipped out Monday if placed on Friday or Saturday.

INTERNATIONAL RATES

Due to high international shipping costs, I charge a discounted shipping fee for all orders outside of the US. $5 to Canada (normally $15), $15 to Europe (normally $30)

 

RETURNS

• Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of shipping.
• Please email hey@luminita.co to start your return
• Once approved, all items must be shipped to Luminita within 7 business days of receiving return approval.
• We do not provide return shipping labels.
